Beat the crowds and avoid missing out on the action by purchasing your pre-sale tickets online! All online ticket buyers will need to check in with the Will Call table upon arriving at the game. Please direct order inquiries to info@qcrg.net. Doors and will call for all events open 90 minutes before stated event time, not sooner. You won’t be able to go to your seats (or tables) before checking into will call, so please keep this in mind if arriving before the doors or will call office open.
All ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason, with the following exceptions: if the event is cancelled, total refunds will be issued to all customers; if the event is rescheduled, refunds will be offered.
If you lose a printed ticket before a game, don’t worry – we keep records of all ticket purchases and you will be able to check in at will call.
Ticket Options & Pricing
We offer the following seating options for all our games:
Front Row seats are $22.50 and offer the closest to the action; the first row of seats outside of the 10 foot safely lane surrounding the track. All front row patrons must be 18 years of age or older. A front row pass guarantees a front row seat, although the specific seats themselves are first come, first serve.
Returning for our 20th Anniversary Season, the Crash Couch is a real couch positioned next to the penalty box in turn 4 where a group of 4 can sit in comfort next to the action. As with the front row, all crash couch patrons must be 18 years of age or older.
There are three versions of VIP Tables available: in the downstairs restaurant, there are 6 seat tables along the track edge ($135) and 4 seat tables immediately behind them ($90). Upstairs, there are 6 seat tables ($135) situated along the balcony which overlook the track. VIP Tables options offer exclusive viewpoints, full restaurant service, and are open to all ages. VIP Tables come with a minimum bar/restaurant spend ($100/6 seat table; $60/4 seat table) through Buffalo RiverWorks (Menu).
General Admission seats are $18 and are any floor level seats beyond the first row, crash couch, and bleacher seating. There are additional discounts available: Children Under 12 tickets are $6 (children 3 and under are free), and Student/Military/Senior discounts, $14 per ticket for students age 12-21, for active military and veterans, and –new for 2026– for seniors age 55+ (military discount requires some form of ID at will call). Note: All minors under 18 must have a guardian sign a waiver. You can save some time at Will Call by bringing your own signed waiver if you’d prefer.
All tickets and types of tickets are available at the door, in addition to upgrading options. Please be aware, seating options (especially non-general admission) may sell out online and cannot be guaranteed to be available on the night of an event. Online sales close 5 hours before the listed start of the event (2:00 PM EST for 7:00 PM events, and 9:00 AM EST for 2:00 PM events). After online sales close, all tickets must be purchased at the door.
Parking: NON-EVENT parking at Buffalo Riverworks is free daily, while event parking is $5 per vehicle. Event parking may be in place for QCRD Events and is general dependent on parking demand (typically weekends or when there are concurrent events).

Options include complete team packages (including playoffs and championships) for each QCRD Home Team and full league season packs! All packages include a $20 voucher good towards any purchase from our QCRD merchandise booth at games – season ticket sales remain open until approximately 1 week before the first game in that package.

Individual Game Tickets
Online sales close five hours before the posted event time, and will call opens approximately 90 minutes before the posted event time. Ticket options are available at the door in addition to online, although some options (Front Row, VIP Tables) tend to sell out ahead of time. The number of remaining seats for these options is visible on the ticket listing page. Front Row seats and the Crash Couch are ages 18+ only for safety reasons – waivers need to be signed on the behalf of ALL attendees under 18. Discounts available for children (under 12 – 3 and under free), students (12-21), and active military and veterans (with appropriate ID at will call).
