Purchase Tickets

Beat the crowds and avoid missing out on the action by purchasing your pre-sale tickets online! All online ticket buyers should check in with the Will Call table upon arriving at the game. The Will Call table and the event Doors for all events open 90 minutes before stated event time, not earlier. This includes VIP table seating.

Queen City Roller Girls uses TicketPeak as out ticketing service – through TicketPeak you can purchase tickets in advance (online). Tickets can also be purchased through the Buffalo Riverworks box office on game days (box office opens 90 minutes before posted game start time) with no service fee.

We advise that reserved seating (tables, front row, crash couch) often sell out, especially Friday & Saturday evening events. Similarly for Friday & Saturday evening events, we advise larger groups wanting to sit together to arrive early if you want to ensure optimal seating (at least 30 to 45 minutes before game start is ideal) as specific seats for front row and general admission are first come, first serve.

While TicketPeak is our ticketing service, please direct order inquiries or specific questions about our events to info@qcrg.net as we’re best equipped to help on that front.

All ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason, with the following exceptions: if the event is cancelled, total refunds will be issued to all customers; if the event is rescheduled, refunds will be offered. Additionally, VIP Tables require a minimum bar/restaurant spend ($100 for 6 person tables; $60 for 4 person tables) on top of the ticket price. If you lose a printed ticket before a game, don’t worry – we keep records of all ticket purchases and you will be able to check in at will call.
