Ticket Buying Help

This page collects some frequently asked questions around our online ticket purchasing processes.

Ticket Upgrades & Exchanges

If you have, for example, a 4-seat VIP table and want to upgrade to a 6-seat table – or have some number of front row or general admission tickets and want to upgrade to a table, you can use the face value of those tickets towards purchase of another option – pending availability of that other option. To inquire about this, please contact us – we can assist in making the exchange on the back end and provide a payment invoice for the price difference. Please allow enough time ahead of the event (ideally at least a week before) to give us time to make the changes as well as to ensure the new desired option doesn’t sell out before we can process your request.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes and discounts fall into a few different types that are activated in different ways. That different codes/discounts have different implementations is not ideal, but is the unfortunate result of limitations within our ticketing vendor’s system.

Some codes, like our Friends & Family discount code, are actually passwords that simply permit access to a special version of an event that has discounts then pre-applied. You can find these special versions of an event by going to our full event list and locating the ‘Member Offer’ version of a game – clicking Get Tickets on this version of the event will present a prompt for a password. Upon entering the password, you will then be able to purchase tickets at the Member Offer rate.

Other codes, like our Alumni Discount code, are instead applied by including it in the appropriate field during the checkout process.

It should be noted for the Alumni Discount specifically, that it can only be applied to the Member Offer version of an event, not the regular event. If no space to provide a promo code appears, then it may be that that event (or that version of the event) does not have any active promo codes available.
