About Fran:
She was working in a bridal shop in Flushing, Queens when her boyfriend kicked her out in one of those crushing scenes. Wearing high heels, big hair and leopard print galore, Fran Deck-Her got a job as a nanny for a handsome, very wealthy, commitment-phobe. Grown bitter by years of false hope she fled to upstate New York to start a new life, after of course, setting a certain bridal shop on fire and crashing a certain red Porsche. Torn apart by a cruel, unfair situation she knew her life had changed when she ran into the QCRG referees. Now you can find her on wheels making fair calls for others and keeping her eyes peeled for handsome, single Doctors.
