Dr. Dementer #00 (captain)

Dr. Dementer’s vile experiments with necrotic flesh have yielded two of the deadliest feet strapped on wheels. The Doctor has attached these hideous abominations to her own legs, yet these revived feet remain sentient and cognizant of their former lives. The left foot was confiscated from a death-row inmate and has come to call itself “The Bleeder,” while the right foot was assembled using the flesh of five different madwomen from a local asylum and refers to itself as “The Femur Mangler.”
